With more than 30 years of health care executive leadership and private sector consulting experience, Philip has led initiatives and managed services at national, provincial and health provider organization levels leading health system improvements, strategy and change initiatives to improve quality through IMIT, digitizing the health care experience, and clinical practice transformation enabled by emerging and proven technologies.

He has a decade of experience in health care consulting leadership in business development and associate partner roles at IBM Canada and LGS Group and is an active member of Digital Health Canada currently serving as Chair, BC Chapter Advisory Committee and contributing author to the Digital Health Canada White Paper: “A Before B – Perspectives on Artificial Intelligence in Healthcare, October 2018”.

Philip has a Masters of Health Services Administration and a Bachelor of Science [Pharmacology] from the Faculty of Medicine and Public Health Services at the University of Alberta and earned the designation of Certified Health Executive (CHE) from the Canadian College of Health Leaders of which he is also a long-standing member.
